I have an issue with my purchased copy of Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16... I been using it routinely since last year when I bought it and recently, since March, I've been using it 2-4 times per week. I last used it last night but today it won't open and tells me it's not registered... same with all of the other products from the package (DVD Architect, etc).... and wants me to register again with the email address I previously used. But before doing so (since I know they're already registered), I decided to log into my account on the MAGIX/VEGAS website... except it won't take my password for my account under that email address. I clicked "forgot my password" so I could reset it, but it never sends an email. I need access to that account because I have a number of software programs registered under that address. I then decided to test another, older account I have on the MAGIX/VEGAS under a different email address (which still works fine and I can log in... and even when I click on "forgot my password" it sends me a password reset email immediately). So I tried "registering" my Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16 under the working account (even though I'd rather not have it there) but it wouldn't let me because it tells me it's already registered under the email address of the account I can't get into. I can't even log into VEGAS Service Center to request support for the products I have under the other email address because, again, it won't take my password and won't send me a reset email. I'm extremely frustrated now and would like to know how all my VEGAS programs could suddenly stop working overnight and claim to be not registered, but the account they're registered under won't allow me in. And I can't purchase the new version because, though I do want to and am planning to, I want all my products on one account... but I can't access that account!!!! Can somebody please help?!
