Vegas offers not for Europe. Then why do you keep sending me a proposal? I wanted to take up an offer to buy Vegas Post 20 for $249. Unfortunately not for Europe. WHY do you always send a quote to upgrade?

Looks like you are on the US website and need to change your country on the website.

Try and use e.g. https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/int/ or click the globe button on the black bar to choose your area as @jetdv suggested.
