I just purchased the physical copy of this software and inside came a card to download the NewBlueFX Titler Pro 1. The link does not work and I cannot find it on SONY or NewBlueFX's website.
I have written support but I have not received a response back. Has anyone else had this issue and was told what the correct link to download this?

Nice. After I sent this message I see they have the link www.sonycreativesoftware.com/3DTitler forward to another page. So apparently they fixed it but did not bother to tell me. I have been waiting since 11-7-2012.
