I want to move my whole document forward and i know you can select one track with shift but i use like 12 tracks so that would be unhandy. hope i get answer fast!
In the bottom tool bar, select Auto Ripple and set the 'all tracks' selection. Any event starting on or after the event which you move forward or back will then move accordingly.
can'tfind it can you make screenshot and point it out or tell me more clearly?

You can also do CTRL-A which selects everything.
You can also use the selection edit tool, to select the events you want to move
i now have a new problem look at picture beside my tracks are like this in one project, but i want them like this -
which is a lot bigger so more handy. plzz help me!!!
"The track list, timeline, and window docking area sections can be sized to your preferences by dragging the dividers between them." (one of The Vegas Pro Window online (F1) Help item tips) IOW, hover the mouse pointer over the divider right to the track list and see if it turns into this: <-II->, then just drag to the right to your liking.
Or you can double-click the "scroll handle" at the right of the timeline to minimize all the tracks, then double-click it again to set them to standard size.
