Vegas pro 15 activation on second device

Hi,

Recently I bought Sony Vegas Pro 15 through a humblebundle. On the website it says I can use it on 2 devices. Currently I only have it on my main pc. I'd like to install it on my laptop as well.

When I go to get an activation key or register a second device it just gives me an error and tells me to f* off and try again another time. I have f* and tried it at a later time but apparantly I didn't f* off far enough.

Someone please tell me how to deal with this.

or try registration help which is available via online live chat from 12pm-4pm U.S. Central Standard Time. Go to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/ and click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.

The first option is utterly useless as it only allows me to select some generated questions to fill in the form with. None of which, ofcourse, are my issue.

There is no chatbubble in the bottom right corner or anywhere else on the page for the second link you sent. Yes, I am logged in obv.

The first option should give you this

If you get something else, e.g. the 15 options, on the following screen click on the "my problem is not solved here" line and the above form should appear.

You may have missed the mention of the time window available for Online Live Chat ("from 12pm-4pm U.S. Central Standard Time".)

First option gives me that but it doesn't let me send it, it just keeps shaking these weird associated questions as I type and then when I try to hit send it just doesn't let me.

Ah ok, I'll just wait a few hours for it to be available. Will the bubble be visible then? Cause nothing of the sort shows up when I click your link.

The Chat bubble should be visible at the time mentioned (weekdays). It may not appear at exactly 12.

The support form does occasionally take time to work, unfortunately.
