Vegas Pro 15 Error Code -24

Hello All,

Recently I launched my Vegas only to find it requesting my email and its verification code, I inserted both details making sure they were correct and the error code -24 ( This serial number has already been activated on another email) persists.

Can anyone think of an alternative reason as to why this is happening?

Thank you for your reply vkmast, unfortunately none of the Magix on hand support is helpful so I have instead submitted a ticket.
