Vegas Pro 15, Fill (alpha) Video FX not there

As stated above im using vegas pro 15 and fill (alpha) is no longer there it was there earlier today and no idea how to get it back tried uninstalling and reinstalling, any ideas?

If it was there before, you could try resetting. Follow the instructions closely.

tried it but hasn't fixed the issue, so strange haven't updated anything or changed anything pretty sure it just happened once I closed and reopened vegas at one point
