I was waiting for a sales event of Vegas Pro 16, instead, you guys rise R$ 600,00, now is R$1.493,00, am I can wait for sales or I must go to Davinci Resolve 15?

Just to inform, I already have Vegas 15 Edit on Steam, but now, I want a Pro version to be eligible Upgrade in the future.

I wonder how you guys will treat your costumers with this post...

Vegas Pro 16 Edit (with no DVD A) "Nova aquisição" is currently R$674,00 here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/br/vegas-pro-edit/

Btw, this is a peer user forum and "we guys" are not the Magix that decides pricing.

I already said I want a Pro version now, otherwise, I am not eligible to upgrade in the future.

Are you sure that Vegas Pro 16 Edit (which as I already said is the same Vegas Pro 16 but without DVD Architect) will not be eligible for upgrade pricing on future versions of Vegas Pro?? Try and contact infoservice@magix.net with a pre-sales enquiry to confirm.

Vegas Pro Edit is but the Steam edition may not.

Several reports on this forum have indicated that the Steam versions are indeed not eligible. E.g. from Support here. Judging from the OP's initial post he knows that and is interested in the standard Magix Vegas Pro. My suggestion for him to consider was MV Pro Edit as it seems significantly cheaper than MV Pro on the /br/ site.

OMG... I am looking to buy a NEW version of Vegas Pro 16... to be eligible to upgrade to 17 in the future!!!!!

I just said I am Vegas 15 Edit user to show I am already a Magix costumer... I know I cannot upgrade the Vegas 15 Edit...

I just want to know it will be new sales in the Brazilian version or can go find another solution, like Davinci Resolve 15.

? Isn't that just what I said above? None of us peer users have no way of knowing if there "will be new sales in the Brazilian version" which would be attractive to you. I was only trying to tell you what the situation is at the moment. As I said earlier, try and contact infoservice@magix.net with a pre-sales enquiry. They may or may not know/tell.

No need any more any answers... I already solved my problem, and for free.

Thanks any way.
