Vegas Pro 16 hangs at Splash Screen "Creating Windows"

I need help! I'm using Vegas Pro 16, which was working fine yesterday. I'm in the middle of an important work project and this morning when I tried to start it, it hangs at the splash screen and never opens. I have the error reporting files below:

Follow up:

I did a clean re installation and the exact same problem is occurring.
I'm in panic mode now. Any thoughts??

You might try doing a reset of Vegas settings to default. Sometimes reinstalling just picks up some of the previous settings which can be causing an issue. Off the top of my head, ctrl-shift, start Vegas. You will have to set up Vegas again if you don't save all your presets, etc. If you have Vegasaur you can back them all up first.

Finally figured it out, thanks to After Effects.

When I started AE it warned of an Intel video driver problem. I updated my drive and all spreads to be well.
