Problem Description

I've tried every single tactic everyone else tried to get rid of this problem having the software launch when starting. I uninstalled and reinstalled Vegas and deleted plugins and all that Jazz. Is there something i'm missing? If you all know how to fix this please respond because I can't figure this out.

Edit: I've tried updating my video drivers and still no luck
