One or more of your VST plugins cannot be loaded.
Go to your "C:\Program Files\VstPlugins" and disable them all, then start Vegas.
After that you have to look one by one which one is causing this problem.

Assuming that you have a modern well-spec'd computer, is your computer's MS Visual C++ Runtime up-to-date? Also, the fault module refers to VST - do you have VST plugins installed that may not be compatible with Vegas Pro? If you have 3rd party VST plugins, check their websites for Vegas Pro compatibility.

icuuc.dll is a Microsoft .dll - is your Windows installation up-to-date and have you done a Google/Bing search for  icuuc.dll problems?

Lastly, in the images that you have uploaded there is absolutely no Sony branding - and nor should there be. This is because Sony sold the Vegas line of products to MAGIX around 7 years ago. Please see https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/sony-vegas-vs-vegas--119881/

Wrong branding of the software in topic title corrected.

So I checked and my C++ was up to date, I don't seem to have a VST plugins folder?? Also didn't find any info on the icuuc.dll thing.

The solution seemed to be: rename sfvstserver.exe to sfvstserver.exe.old and try launching vegas again, if it doesn't work do the reverse process.
