Any "Update.exe" in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Vegas Pro\18.0? If not, try downloading from your MAGIX Account > MY products or MAGIX Download Center. Be sure to check Task Manager first that there are no VEGAS processes running. If Chrome does not download (workaround is to copy/paste the url text to your browser), try another browser.

Finally, I managed to update by reusing the install link I received when I subscribed to vegas 365. The latest version installed.
