Vegas Pro 19 Glitch (Weird white bar, can't open properties)

Is the glitch just when resizing or does it never go away?

I just tried it in VP19 and I do not have that issue.

I would check to see if that window has been moved "off the screen" and that the title bar bar of that window may be hidden "under the start bar" at the bottom of the Windows screen.
