All the progress remains in 0% and nothnig happens although I press the Continue Button again. When I press the Continue button again the button changes from Continue to Stops and the Waiting process is restared but the Installation process never starts and all the progress remains always in 0%.

After the program has downloaded the needed programs and just before the install process, stop it and goto Documents/Magix Downloads/ Installation manager.
From there copy the programs to another location and install them from there one by one as adminestrator,

That approach didn´t work, after checking the exe file downloaded I reach to the conclusion that the launcher is not fully downloading the Software installers.

The Launcher downloaded the VEGAS_Pro_19.0.0.341_DE-EN-FR-ES_E35D6A5D_19_0_0_341.exe but the size is 0kb and is only downloading that exe file although I selected more Softwares

Is there a site where I can download each Software individually and manually?

Please see if the direct links in section 6 of this FAQ work better for you.

(If a browser (Chrome) does not download without a workaround of copying the link text and pasting it to the browser, try another, e.g. MS Edge.)

I tried using the links in the FAQ using Chrome and MS Edge and in both gaves me the next error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Do you know how I can solve this?

Once the installation manager has downloaded the installer, it can be found in the following location.   C:\Users\**username**\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager

**username** = name of your Windows profile

That folder is empty. the problem is that the Installation Manager is not downloading the installers.

I tried to download the installer through the next link:

VEGAS Pro 19.0.0.341

but gaves me the next error:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I tried using Chrome and MS Edge but gaves me the same error, I do not know if the links are broken or if I am the only one having this problem

Do you can download the installer from this link without problem?:

VEGAS Pro 19.0.0.341

@Gibran-RiosAlcaraz, that link is working fine for me in FireFox. There must be some block between you and VegasCreativeSoftware that is preventing the download.

I recommend adding magix.net to the exception list for any router, firewall or anti-virus application you are using, then making sure the system is accessible from protocols HTTP and HTTPS on ports 80 and 443.

Didn´t work :(

I also asked for help to my friends to see if they can download it and then passing it to me but they had the same problem than me and they cannot download it too.

Is there another way to Download the Software?
