Vegas Pro 19 key/Stream

I recently bought the Vegas 18 upgrade, and it said it was going to come with the 19 key when it dropped. It is now available to buy, I was wondering when I should expect it. Also, is Stream only via the 365 service, or does it have a one time price?

You should receive an email in the next couple days containing your serial number for VEGAS Pro 19.

(Not in VEGAS Edit purchase which has only V Pro 19)

Thank you! I am curious then, as buying a Vegas Pro upgrade, if it includes it. From the Stream page, it only has a subscription model, but on the vegas pro page, they have a one time purchase option. I assumed I got the one time purchase option, so..does it include stream? Not sure if you'd know, but thank you again!
