Still can not install Vegas Pro 20. Keep getting a popup windows that says file can not be found.

This is what shows up. I have downloaded the install files 5 times in the event there was a problem with the download but still nothing.

The only response I got from Magix email support is a stupid survey about how they did with support.

Anyone have any suggestions.
