Vegas Pro 22

I have a trial version of Vegas Pro 22, which I downloaded directly from the website, and I’ve created a video over an hour long. Unfortunately, I can't render it because it’s a trial version. My question is: If I purchase Vegas Pro 22 on Steam, can I simply install it, and will it be able to open the saved file I created in the trial version from the downloaded version?

Yes, purchase it and you can open any existing projects.
