Good morning, I have a question about my product, I pay €20.99 every month and I would like to know how I can upgrade to a perpetual license, and once done I wouldn't have to pay anything else? and know if I am interested, how can I cancel my VEGAS Pro 365 (annual subscription), how should I proceed?
Thank you

I'm wondering if you actually have a monthly 365 contract as "The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract.".and the monthly Edit 365 seems to be about that €20.

Please note this: "Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be automatically extended by one month at a time until you cancel the agreement You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 day before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net".

You should be able to cancel your 365 subscription also directly through your My Account > My Contracts section.

Check by emailing infoservice@magix.net also about being eligible for upgrade pricing of a perpetual version as "You can upgrade at a reduced price with a previous version or other authorized product. Please have your login details or serial number ready".

Good morning,
I attach the last 3 charges, my account and the contract.
In my account, contracts do not have the option to cancel.

PS. Can I pass that contract for life and what does it mean? I will have the updates, and I won't have to pay anything more?

Update, on the original website, it already appears canceled, but until now I have consulted the options and to know how to cancel if necessary.
Have you canceled?
Well, I was thinking about getting a lifetime one, since I've been using VEGAS for years and I like it.

Forget everything written before, Magix has already canceled my VEGAS.
We are like this, thank you.

@Marcal-Mateus reasons for removing:

From the New:Post template: "Please be mindful of data protection. Do not publish any personal information. Examples of personal information are your email address, telephone number, credit card number, serial number or order number.". Also from CR #10: "Publishing or mentioning the names of MAGIX employees in your posts is not permitted."

Thank you for understanding this.

Edit:

The OP seems to have had the older discontinued payment plan of the annual 365 license with monthly charges.
