My card recently expired, which locked my subscription to Vegas. When I changed my payment information, I still couldn't get into my subscription. It still says that it's locked. What do I do to get back in?
Having a similar issue. I haven't been able to reload my program. It first happened before an update (the box below appeared), then after not being able to update, I deleted all vegas from my computer and still, same box. My IT pro had me try on another computer and the same thing happened. It's clearly me...I'm locked out. How can I get back the program I'm paying for?
