Magix do not seem to understand subscription licencing! Despite advertising Vegas Pro 365 as a subscription, you will not get the updates that are made available to new subscribers.

Buyer beware!

What update are you referring to? Check your Magix account for what is available for you to download. https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Specifically the update I am missing is the update to SoundForge Pro 14

I have contacted Magix support, and they have attempted to explain that the Vegas Pro 365 subscription does not stay up to date with the latest updates. This of course is contrary to their terms and conditions, which state 'customer will receive the latest releases and updates for the selected product'. Hoping they will see some sense, but in the mean time, posting here as a warning to prospective subscribers not to be caught out!

Which SoundForge version do you have?

I have SoundForge Audio Studio, but Vegas 365 includes SoundForge Audio Pro
