Hello,

the title is self-explanatory: if i install HitFilm Ignite 2017 Express, then VP Edit 16 crashes when I launch it (almost immediately).
With VP 15 Edit everything was fine.
I reported the issue to Magix tech support as it seems that VP 16 Edit has really brought in issues with the plug-ins not existing in VP 15.
Problem is that i have no idea whether they are going to fix this and other problems that I already faced and reported.
Once the product is bought (just few days ago), can it be refunded ?
Because I feel that staying with VP 15 is a better option right now...
