First of all, I want to say sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'm a French girl and can't find any help on any French website/forum, I hope you guys would be able to help me!

Yesterday I've purchased VEGAS EDIT 365. I'm on an Asus who runs under Windows 10.

So yesterday, once my purchased done, I have recieved an email of Magix, sending me the link to download Vegas Pro 19. The first installation 'vegasedit365_dlm' went very well. I've followed the download, with Vegas Pro 19 and Vegas Deep Learning Models. The problem start there, I couldn't open Vegas because the application told me that a " .dll " file was missing. The application ask me, then, to desinstall the program and install it once again to resolve the problem.

Desinstall this programm for a noob like me wasn't easy at first, but I tried to follow everystep that I found on the Magix website (Désinstallation de VEGAS Pro (magix.info)). But then when I've tried to install it once again, it told me that Vegas Pro 19 was still on my computer and that I couldn't download it once more without removing the previous one. At that point it was quite evident, that I've must have miss a file somewhere, hiding in the dark deepness of my computer, but once again I'm not really a pro when it concerns informatic and I wasn't able to find anything.

I've nonetheless continue my research and found in "Parameters > Application" a VEGAS PRO 19 application. The thing is when I click on the button "uninstall" it tells me it can't because I haven't this famous " .dll " file. (It doesn't specify which " .dll " files tho). It's quite the snake who bite his own tail (don't know if this expression exist in english sorry), because I can't install a new program until I uninstall the previous one, but for uninstall it I need the " .dll " file, a file that was missing since day one...
