Vegas Pro: No download link/serial code in email

I bought the 1 month subscription for Vegas Pro 18. I got "Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please contact
 MAGIX Support at https://rdir.magix.net/?page=A6ZYHDBDIDD2 to correct the problem." but that did not help. I finished a project in the free trial but cannot render it so I decided to buy the subscription, but can't even use it. I'd appreciate if I could get help ASAP since I just wasted my money, thank you.

I'm not familiar with the subscription procedure but you probably don't need the download link for Pro 18 as you may be able to activate your trial version with your purchased serial number and it then becomes a "full" version.

If you log into your Magix account at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and go to My Products you should find your VP18 there and the serial number.

I gather there may have been website/server issues over the weekend causing the non arrival of your details.

Thanks for helping, but I did not get a code for the Vegas Pro. I already tried every number I got in the email and it did not work.

Something appears to be not working. Europe is just waking up so hopefully it will get sorted.

If you placed an order over the weekend and received this error message you will receive a confirmation email shortly with your serial number for the order.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
