Vegas Pro/Post User Manual

Hello,

I recently downloaded Vegas Post and activated it successfully. I have read where to download the PDF from but under My Products, I don't see the Information button, only the Installer again. My product has a registration date of 04/01/20. Do I need to actually go and register the product to download the PDF manual?

It seems to be registered for you. If you cannot see VEGAS Pro 17 (?) listed and Downloads incl. Instructions, you may need to contact Support.

Thanks, I have all three programs installed and licensed to me correctly. Just I don't have the information button. I was hoping to get the PDF for Vegas 17. I'll try contacting support.

So, I think i figured it out. My serial number is for Vegas Post which includes, VP17, Effects and Image. There is no separate download option for VP17 Manual within the Vegas Post Serial Number. I am not sure if this will be updated in the future, but that's what it looks like for now.

We have forwarded this issue to Magix staff responsible for web.

If I checked mine, for a Vegas Pro 17 product, the user manual is available, so Vegas Post should be considered the same, having similar Vegas Pro 17 user manual, as well the Vegas Effects and Image products.

Contacting support is already good one...

It's like there is no documentation whatsoever with Vegas Post. I agree however that Vegas Pro within Post should at least have the manual to be downloadable. I tried contacting just general Magix support and all their generic folders they wanted me to go-to didn't exist. Is there a specific Vegas Pro support email?

You might ask (a pre-sales question) at infoservice@magix.net. There's a "vegascreative" site on the web to download from, but I don't know if it's legit. It does seem to belong to a local distributor. Most likely an oversight not to include the Pro manual in the POST Downloads.

The bigger question here is, how do you get in touch with support? Every time you go to help it sends you round in circles. Has anybody succeeded in getting this manual? Just wasted one hour of my life on a wild goose chase!
