Vegas Pro Refund Policy

Hello, about 5 days ago Vegas 365 automatically renewed,

i was not aware as the email got drowned into my email list and i ended up getting another year without realizing.

So i asked a refund through the proper email process and the only thing i get told is that the refunds apply only to german citizens and not to members of EU.

to wich i ask, are the term of service on the vegas site old an not updated?

or is the customer service just that bad?

sadly it seem that the direct phone number on term of service is dead so if there is another that someone know i would like to use that.

If anybody has knowledge of refunds i would be glad of the help as the 14 days are ticking and it seem they take about 5 days just to answer.

1-year subscription:

Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net

Monthly subscription:

Try going to your MAGIX account > My contracts and cancel the subscription there. There's also the "Cancel contract" option at the end of the product website page. Click that to see https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/cancel-contract/
