Vegas Pro Support access

After posting my query in this Forum with no difinitive answer I am trying to contact support directly. I realise more and more that it becomes more difficult to contact the support personnel for a product that one is using, now sadly Magix/Vegas Pro is proving elusive to me. had anybody got a direct link to get in touch with support please?

Hi,

Did you notice the big SUPPORT item at the top of the forum? Click on it, select Vegas Pro, scroll to the bottom of the page and look what is there. The rest should be obvious.

Thank you both for your answers. I know the Forum is not official support. I was aware of the Support section at the top of the page and had tried to use it before posting this question in here. Sadly my reason for posting here was because of what I am experiencing in the support area. see image. Cheers John

You're likely stuck on the explanation page with an image, not a live link. I just successfully clicked on the actual icon and it works.
