Is it similar to the Production Assistant 2.0? Seems like it does more stuff than that.
@karma17 To be honest, I don't use Vegasaur much. I think that's partly because I have some of its functions covered by other scripts that I've gathered over the years. Occasionally I find a function in it that saves the day for me, but I'm sure I'm not using it to its full potential (some tutorial videos might be an idea @altarvic). I know others get more use out of Vegasaur for their workflows than I do. The killer feature for me is the voiceover ducking.
I don't really know anything about Production Assistant so I can't comment on that.
I mainly use Vegasaur for the speed up/slow down function. Though you can do this in Vegas directly, Vegasaur gives you measurable settings (time, percent). Also, the rendering complete notification is nice.

I use Vegasaur to create open captions. I have found some of the other features useful, but don't use them as much.
Vegasaur has so many useful functions and tools that I normally use such as the rendering notifications which is pushed to my smartphone, voice-over, speed change, snap shots, backup & archive functions, and many more.
I use Vegasaur to import bookmarks created with my iPhone Workflow app that tracks my son's soccer game score as I record the game. I then have bookmarks near each goal and can quickly adjust them. The names of the bookmarks are the score, so Vegasaur text generation wizard will create titles based on the bookmarks and these can be positioned into the upper right-hand corner with track motion. Vegasaur also allows me to extract the recorded date time from the video and bring that into a new track so I have the actual game time in the lower right-hand corner.
I use Vegasaur for video slide shows where I have hundreds of photos to apply a Ken Burns style effect. I adjust the duration based on the number of people in each picture. I use the comment field to enter the number of people and then sort by comment. The Vegasaur Quick Properties, allows me to change the duration easily for the group of pictures I have selected.
I used to use Production Assistant and an assortment of FASST Apps, but with the switch to Magix, Vegasaur was my only working alternative and I learned how to use Vegasaur to replace the functionality of the other non working utilities I had purchased. Magix does not offer an upgrade to Production Assistant and I felt I over paid Sony for what I actually used it for. The FASST App Still Motion would work for me, but since I already had Production Assistant, I never purchased it. Now that Production Assistant 2.x does not work with Magix, I cannot purchase the FASST App Still Motion, since Sony no longer sells it and VASST does not have their own store.
I used to use the FASST App Render Assistant, but Vegasaur Transcoder covers all of that functionality for me. So I can queue up the soccer game videos as 480p for the coach, 1080p, and any highlights defined by regions.
Cornico, I have VPro 13 where (updated) FasstApps work. I do not have VPro 14. They don't work in my VPro 15. That is consistent with the Apps' dev's comment that "If you have Vegas Pro 14, the FASST Apps will continue to work in 15."
BTW, FASST App Still Motion dose not work with Vegas Pro 15.
I think you mean that it works not so good on the darkest interface of VPro 15. All my Fasst Apps do work in VPro 15
As vkmast said, it will only work if you had it installed in Vegas Pro 14 and you upgraded to Vegas Pro 15. This is the only case where StillMotion might work in Vegas Pro 15, according to the developer. So, officially, StillMotion dose not yet support Vegas Pro 15 and you can see that in their website here.
