Velocity

I'm trying to add speed ramping to my videos I create, when you right click the video you then would go to click on "Insert/Remove Envelopes. After you do that it should give you a choice to either click on "Freeze Frame At Cursor" or "Velocity" and it's not giving me the option to click on "Velocity" the only one that pops up is "Freeze Frame At Cursor" so I'm unable to add Velocity to my videos because of that reason, can anyone help me figure out what I have to do to get Velocity enabled so I can use speed ramping in my videos? Please and thank you!

@Darius-Johnson Do you have one of the Vegas Pro or Movie Studio versions?

Velocity Envelope is for Vegas Pro only, not included in Movie Studio.

In Vegas Movie Studio you 'll find not that option.
Only the freeze frame option is available,.
When you want to speed up or down your velocity with an envelope you need the Pro version.
In movie studio you can only speed up the velocity of an event with the Time Strech/Compress tool at the beginning or ending of a (splitted) event.

As Marco. and j-v say. In addition to j-v's video, this old tutorial and this thread might help with Movie Studio Platinum.

You'll see your application name in full in Help / About / Components. The build number (update of the version) is shown in Help / About / General.
