Very slow rendering (compared to Vegas Pro 16)

Hey!

Couple days ago I switched over from Vegas Pro 16 to Vegas Pro 18 and noticed that render times take forever for no reason.
My PC hardware is decent enough and the same project took max. 1 minute in Vegas Pro 16. In Vegas Pro 18 it takes like 50 minutes.

Is there any fix to this?

PC specs:
Amd Ryzen 5900X
32GB Ram
RTX 3060 Ti
2TB M.2 SSD

The format I used:
Audio: 192 Kbit/s; 48.000 Hz; 16 Bit; Stereo; AAC
Video: 59,940 fps; 1080x1920 Progressive; NV12; 80 Mbit/s
Pixelseitenverh: 1,000

Does the behavior happen with different format event/files in the timeline?

Have you tried resetting Vegas?
Other rendering presets?
Try rendering with Voukoder

It happens with all formats, there are also no effects on the videos.
I tried resetting Vegas, I tried other rendering presets and I just tried Voukoder - same result.
It is a project file I transferred from Sony Vegas 16 to 18.
It is just a 59 second video that I render out and Sony Vegas Pro 16 does it within a minute, I don't think that 45+ minutes is normal for such a short video.

Just a FYI: "Sony Vegas vs.VEGAS".

Try a standard benchmark project that works with 16 and 18: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Exbi4K3hbxw6snJuisR1ble-0tCPVNcIcNnx0BAtSIM/

You said you reset 18 but did you check the box to clear the cache?

Is Vegas finding your GPU?
