How much memory is recommended for a new video card, I'm looking at an 8gb or 11gb card.

My cpu is an i7-6950x 10 core. Looking at the RTX 2080 Ti cards.

thanks, robert

The more the merrier when it comes to VRAM. Vegas may not use it all, but once you start throwing in a bunch of plugins that need a chunk of it as well, it can help to have a lot.
