Video effects gone?

I have Movie Studio 16 platinum, dropped $200 to upgrade to Pro because I wanted the more granular motion tracking controls and find that fire and lightening effects are not there. What gives? Is there a way to get them installed?
@Former user - This sounds rather like an installation glitch, rather than your comment “what gives?”. I doubt they’ve been removed 😉. So, try uninstall VP, Reboot your PC, re-Reboot your machine and THEN reinstall VP. If this issues persists then get back here.
Are you thinking that there is something altogether missing from your Vegas Pro 16? If so, see the product comparison table for what should be included. (Note that the table does not mention extras (such as Boris Continuum 3D Objects Unit currently) included in "special upgrade" offers.
@vkmast Quite. But without @Former user coming back and answering your question, I’m of the opinion that it’s rather that there are subsets of FXs, namely fire and lightning. But on reflection you could be correct. We won’t know until @Former user returns.

Yes, I guess I assumed that since the lightening was there in the studio version that it would be there in the pro version, but maybe I'm wrong? That's what I'm trying to figure out.
Are you using the most recent build 361? I know 352 had a blacklisting "feature" for certain plugins on certain systems but was removed after the uproar.

Also, maybe I am asking the question the wrong way. If there are certain video fx in Studio that are not included in Pro, is there somewhere I can download them?
@Former user Well, I’ve never heard of an Step-up upgrade having LESS than the Studio version. But with the MAGIX buyout from SONY something may not have been transferred, or just simply left to wither and die. OR the licensing just ran out. @Former user Did you try the De/Re Install procedure I outlined?
As to downloading a set of Controls, I doubt it. From what I’ve understood, over the years since 2002, no. This stuff is hardwired/coded into the Installation.
One question and one request for yah:
How old is your MSVP?
Could you Please supply a ScreenGrab of the FX listings in MSVP which reveals these FXs.
