Video Essential VI problem.

Wow, I bought the SVP 13 upgrade. In there it has several things. One is Video Essentials VI. It says it is free. I register but it still says it has 12 days remaining. What is the proper procedure that I must be missing. I get the email that says account activated successfully. The activation code is blank. Can anyone help me out.

Pls keep in mind that these "free" plugins may not work w/ future versions of Vegas Pro.

The v 11&12 bundled Titler Pro 1 should keep working in newer versions, if you bought the $20 upgrade.

I went to the other threads and it pretty much says it should activate. Well, it does not. No matter what I do, it does not activate. Can I live without it, sure, but I hate what they advertise something and then it doesn't work. Maybe something will change but for now, it is not free for me.

Whine to NewBlueFX support. They will get get it sorted. Been there, authorized that. And will again.

Make sure you are using the bundled build:

http://old.newbluefx.com/downloads/Windows/Sony/NewBlueVideoEssentials6VegasPro13ForWindowsSetup30.exe

When you first use it, it will automatically activate. There is no further activation you need to do.
