You didn't say what the issue was. Have you now "used up" all of your available downloads? Or did you get an error?

I have used all available downloads, the video tutorials is a large file and downloads at 18kbs/sec, all 3 downloads are unsuccessful as somewhere along the way, the download stops...."time outs" etc. the download indicates 11hrs to download. I've tried downloading when you guys are in night time, but no luck.
No one from Customer Services has responded to my problem.
Are the tutorials worth it at the end of the day?

I thought they were very useful. You may have to wait a bit for Customer Support to get back to you, but they usually do and when they do, they are often very helpful. I would just suggest to patient.

As we are just users on this forum, I don't think we'll be of much use in this case. Sorry.

You mean you can't open your tutorials by opening your copy of VMS HD Platinum 10 and going to >Help >Show Me How...? I do see there are some tutorials also here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/video/video.asp?file=showme/MovieStudio&title=Show+Me+How+Tutorials, but is there anything different there? I couldn't get them to open properly, so maybe somebody can help on this.
Or maybe you mean something else altogether?

P.S. Forgot about those VMS training videos, but why download them?
