Redeem software voucher

hello please help, received a voucher code after i bought sony vegas 16 platinum edition and could not redeem it via given link, as I understand I must redeem the voucher before I get a download link, Am stuck, do not know where else I can redeem the voucher and then proceed, ad well sent an email to the contact address of magix, seems it is a closed and auto response system with no people dealing with the email coupon@magix.net must be shut off 🙈

please let me know what should I do?
