Was working fine, but now crashing on start-up

"If it worked before", it's often worth at least trying to reset the software to default settings. Full instructions here, follow closely and be sure to be able to clear the cache.

The fault model shows that the fault lies with ntdll.dll. It seems from a Google search that this dll is a Windows file, and answers.microsoft.com provided an answer to someone else who had a fault module with the same dll:

You might also want to Google search ntdll.dll as there are quite a number of websites offering advice/solutions, none of which I can attest to.
