Web site payment 'failed' but charged my account.. no download info

I know there's a link for order support. But I created a ticket and submitted it. I got an 'acknowledgement' email, and it was empty. So I'm not sure if the the team got my report or not. I tried to do a vegas 20 upgrade. I entered my cc info (correctly). It still said something was wrong and to resubmit. But before I could resubmit, my bank sent me a text asking if I approved the cc charge to Magix. So Magix thinks the charge didn't go through, and didn't send me the download info. Yet, the money is gone from my account. And I get a blank email from a problem report. Suggestions?? Thx.

Try emailing infoservice@magix.net and explain your issue.
