What I'm missing in Vegas Pro 14

I did never use it in Vegas Pro 13, but need it already many times in Vegas Pro 14 with all her bugs and errors.

The topic says you're missing, so you do not get the support for Vegas Pro 14 that you need?

From now on I'm able to reach support the normal way.

moderator set and one of our developers played a role in it but in the end our support fixed that.
