No worries, I kind of went into the MAGIX Downloads folder and went inside the installation manager folder and just downloaded Vegas Pro 16 from there.

The relevant FAQ says that "The "download managers" are small (typically approx. 4MB). When run, they will fetch a much larger (e.g. 400-450MB), main installer for the current release, along with other bundled plugins and apps", which generally should kind of help.

Also mentioned in this FAQ: "The regular installers are small (typically approx. 4MB). When run, they will fetch a much larger, main installer for the latest release (typically approx. 439MB) which will be saved to a folder such as Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager" (which you found out).
