where is the track motion button

I've been trying to make a picture move across the screen and all the videos I find on how to do it show the use of a track motion tool on the tracks. But I dont have that button and I have vegas pro 17.

Cick the button (3) on your trackheader to (1) show it one time or (2) show it always on the trackheader

"Access to the buttons that are not currently displayed can be achieved via the Hamburger button [3 horizontal lines]. The Hamburger button also gives you access to the Edit Visible Button Set command which enables you to control which buttons are displayed by default."
