Which version of Vegas post is the EDU version?

I went to go buy Vegas Post (EDU) today but I can’t tell what version it is. I know Vegas post 20 isn’t out yet but I also know there is currently the deal of buy 19 and get 20 included. It has the logo of Vegas 20 but no where does it say what version, I checked in specifications and went through the order process and never saw it. This is a user forum- you can try Magix sales via chat or email.

If it's available today it has to be 19 as there is no 20. No info about a free upgrade is given so I would assume it's not included.
