Every time I try to reset my registered password through the email I get an error message. Also there is no way to contact customer support other than creating a new email registration. But now I don't have my download information. What's UP?
You can change both password & other details from within your 'Magix Account'. Have used it in the past without problems. The account is most useful as all your downloads & product serials are present. Only 'extras' included with various offers are missing.
