Hi, will my laptop handle vegas pro 17? Or 365 subscription?

my laptop specs... (i only use for audio editing, but lots of it.)

Intel Core i7-10510U, 1.80GHz, 2304 Mhz, 4 cores, 8 logical processors. ( windows 10 enterprise, x64)

(1.80GHz looks to be lower than required specs on vegas 17, but would my other laptop specs make up for that? )

(my desktop specs currently running vegas 17, but it crashes a few times a week :( Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

please let me know.

thanks

Try the trial version. If 4k video files cause preview issues, proxies are commonly used for smooth playback previews. If there are other issues you encounter, Look at the VP FAQ and Troubleshooting guide for settings suggestions.

btw, you would get more response posting this in the VP 'Video' forum section where the expert VP users frequent. Nobody pays much attention to the audio forum.. or audio in general (the bastard step child).

Moved to the VEGAS Pro Video forum.
