Will no longer accept the mts format files generated by my AZ-53

my version #14 has always worked fine until a couple days go. Now when I try to load clips from AX53 set at AVCHD . The clips are mts format. I have edited many many high school activities in recent past. Now I get this and can't do anything. I have uninstalled the program and re-installed and still the same. HELP

Do you use the latest build of Vpro 14?
Which buildnumber do you use?

Build number ?? Not sure what you mean. Does "charge 1.0" indicated on the face of the disc helpful? If not please advise where the info you are looking for can be obtained

I believe I have located it Build 61 file version 1.0.0.61

In addition to the comment from Marco. Update to the current latest build from Magix Download Center.

The build you now have and your serial number for the download are mentioned in Help menu > About > General.

Believe my version is not Platinum. Wonder why It worked just fine for 9 mths before things went to the ditch? Bought camera and program at same time; Now it looks like it was money NOT well spent and have to start looking for another program.
