Windows 8.1 compatibility

I have searched everywhere and not had a single answer to my question anywhere.
Considering that the Direct X has to be the latest one for the latest version of Sony Vegas, hence why the requirement is Windows 10, and I have Windows 8.1 (x64) all I want to know is, what version of Sony Vegas would be compatible on my system?

The last version of Sony Vegas was #13. The VEGAS versions after that come from MAGIX.

So VEGAS Pro 16 should work for Windows 8.1, that's good. Thank you.
