Won't render, keep getting errors with Movie Studio Platinum 14

I just spent the last 2 days creating an hour long video in 4K and now I can't get it to render.

I have tried several times and the software would just hang after rending a part of it.

Now it won't even try to do it. It gives me an error that the file cannot be opened. I have tried to render on each of my 4 hard drives and it makes no difference.

I am at a loss here and there seems to be no way to contact the company for support (mental note here when I decide to upgrade the software).

Anyone has any idea what I can try to resolve this?

Just one thing that may not be relevent, but be sure you are not using a filename that is already being used in the same directory.
