Were you "automatically asked to enter your serial number and email address after launching the installed program"? (And were you connected to the Internet?)

I was connected to the internet, and I did not have any window pop up after the install. I downloaded the installer, it installed all the programs then the window just went away?

Normally it starts automatic to install the program but probable Windows Defender or something else on your software blocks it.
You can go to your Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager and start the install manuel ( as administrator)
