wrong serial number from WALMART

i bought the code from walmart, when magix send me the serial number is from other software, is not from vegas movie studio 14, pls help me, thank you

A bit unclear who should have supplied the license key, but I guess you could ask https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request

walmart sent a key code i have to redeem with magix, but when magix send me the serial number was different software. Try to contact the but their customer number is not good, thankyou
