Is it my impression or the Magix direct support doesn´t exist anymore? I tried and tried and was just redirected to the forum or to FAQs, but there does not seem to be an email or any form to contact the directly about technical support. Am I too dumb to find it or is MAGIX just not caring anymore?
Click Support New above and proceed to Ask VEGAS Support. Click on ignoring the FAQs until you are asked to describe your issue. Do that and click until you get to send/submit a Support request. Search also my comments from a few hours back today to see advice on Online Live Chat, e.g. here.
