Now the software is in English and the auto update says it is up to date. I think I need the link, just as it did when I upgraded to version 15, it only came back to Portuguese when I did the update for the link. Whenever I use the auto uptade it returns to the English version.

I would uninstall your English version of the code, and proceed to your My Account page to download the Portuguese version, assuming that you purchased it through our Portuguese site.

Please  start a new POST (topic) describing the issues you are having. Click your avatar on the upper right corner, on the opening menu click New:Post (not Tutorial) and you'll be able to start a New Topic. Magix may not have the same localized versions available as Sony/SCS did.

VEGAS Pro and VEGAS Movie Studio do not have localized versions in the Russian language.

Audio track FX icons are missing. Restore to default is all 4 selections highlighted, still no FX icons on tracks. C'mon guys, where are they?

Also, it would be great to import previous preferences on upgrade installation. SO frustrating having to set up or find stuff missing from the old version layout and preferences.

Hmmm yeah not for me. I cant even arm for record without right clicking and now it wont record my input anyway...Why why why! Gimmie my money back!

Check that you haven't removed them in "Edit Visible Button Set" found by clicking on the Hamburger (Three Bars) to the left.

I've since played around and find that removing the items does give the same result as experienced by Krakaflix.

It appears confusing at first but if you read the "Set Default Track Properties" box carefully you will notice it talks about "future defaults for new tracks", not the current track. Also it says "will default to the values (not properties) of the current track".

Thanks guys, I will give it a further look into this evening. It does seem confusing though. Something that "import previous preferences" on installation / upgrade could alleviate. Surely couldn't be that hard to add that in, even if they need translating into the new "version code". Or even just import it over regardless. I don't think the user is looking for a "wipe the slate clean and start again" regime on an update. I can't recall any other software I use that needs me to reconfigure preferences all over again. That's just quite silly really.

Thanks mate. I didn't think to left click it you know....What a dumbkopf I am 😵....but still, i'd like to see those preferences carry over to the new version.

Hi there, i have one small problem in V 16 Platinum, video prew window haven't areas about video parameters, preview settings. And also i cant this setting set, as you can see .
Restart isnt help.
V 15 is still OK.
Any ideas?

I can trigger that behaviour by unchecking in the rightclick on that preview screen this 2 options.
