не открываюсь проект-шаблоны, но просто вегас отгрывается тоесть, когда открываю проект или шаблон, который у меня открываететься вегас в диспетчере задач но на экране нет попробывал очень много всего и сбросил настройки вегаса и переустанавливал приложение по миллону раз также отключал включал антивирус меня лпамять настройки но к сожалению все напрасно
